I would like to offer you some information on our service and how to get the best result from the portrait sitting.

Firstly, I am asked all the time about what to wear and I think classic, simple clothing is definitely the way to go, as it won’t date. Avoid patterns, stripes and logos as these will be a distraction from the people in the sitting. Choose either light tones or dark tones and try to keep everyone in a similar tonal range. This also applies to colour. Continuity in colour, tone and style will work best.
 
Secondly the location has to be selected to suit your families personality and achieve the end result that you are after.  

Thirdly the timing of the sitting is a combination of convenience for you and the best lighting from a photographic perspective. This is usually early in the morning or later in the afternoon depending on location.

Should the weather not behave itself then I will contact you on the day of the sitting and we will make a decision on whether we need to reschedule.

Most importantly bring along a smile or two and lets have some fun.
